David Richards MBE is a seasoned technology leader and philanthropist, driving innovation in artificial intelligence. He is dedicated to empowering the next generation through education and increasing access to technology.
David was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2022 New Year Honours for his contributions to the information technology sector and his support for young people during Covid-19. He has also been awarded honorary doctorates from The University of Sheffield (2023) and Sheffield Hallam University (2017) for his distinguished service, commitment to British technology, and advocacy for entrepreneurship.
